Mas de la Prade is set in the beautiful surroundings of the Languedoc region in the South of France. The house (Mas) and gites are located close to the medieval city of Carcassonne and its airport (20 mins) with Toulouse and its airport to the north west (45 mins) and the Pyrenees and Spain to the south. The Mediterranean with its lovely beaches is about 45 minutes to the east at Narbonne with plenty of activities for the whole family. The area is famous for its many medieval Cathar towns and cities, the Canal du Midi, rivers and lakes, walking and cycling and good summer weather, great markets and food (Cassoulet is the region's speciality) and of course wine!
We are pleased to offer a choice of three traditional self-contained gites (or cottages) each tastefully decorated with comfort and convenience in mind. Each gite is provided with luxury bed linen and towels and comes with its own kitchen and laundry facilities, private terrace and gas BBQ. Free wifi, TV and bluetooth speakers are provided.
For larger groups and families book all three gites together and enjoy exclusive use of the property.
With stunning gardens to enjoy and a large pool area , it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. With on site management we are at your disposal for any questions or help and will make every effort to ensure you have the perfect stay.
Due to the current situation we have temporarily amended our cancellation policy to issue a full refund for bookings cancelled 7 days before the arrival date to give you peace of mind when booking. This applies to anyone with existing bookings later in the year if you are unable to come due to travel restrictions. We very much hope of course that you will be able to stay with us or consider re-booking for another time. Please contact us to talk about your refund or re-booking options.
We are following government guidelines with a strict cleaning procedure and ask all our guests to respect social distancing guidelines in communal areas. Alcohol hand-wash is available in the gites and at the pool. Masks must be worn when prolonged contact is required.
We hope you and your families are all safe and wish you all the best through this difficult time.
Hope to see you soon,
Marvin and Richard
